Please note, transportation reimbursements are only available to Nevada public schools, and only available for museum field trips. Field trips to the Nevada State Capitol building are not eligible for transportation reimbursement.

Once your request is received, you will be contacted by the museum educator or support staff to confirm details of the tour, including any special arrangements you may require.

Once approved, a confirmation number will be provided for the reimbursement for transportation. In fairness to all District’s the cost is pre-agreed to and is firm. The museum is not responsible if tour time is extended by circumstances outside its control or delays caused by highway construction or other issues.
